Stir in celery and caraway seed.
Cut butter into flour mixture with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
Combine cottage cheese and milk.
Add to flour mixture, stirring to form a soft dough.
Divide dough into 12 parts on lightly floured surface.
Roll each part into a pencil thin strip 14 Inches long.
Cut each strip in half.
Place on cookie sheets.
Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden.
Remove to wire racks: let cool.
