Directions
Stir together sour cream, sugar, horseradish, dry mustard, and salt.
Gradually blend in vinegar.
Cover and chill.
Tear fresh spinach into bite-size pieces.
Arrange spinach in salad bowl; top with cottage cheese and chopped walnuts.
Pour sour cream mixture over; toss lightly to coat spinach.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
