Ingredients

 Cottage cheese from 2 litres milk
 Oranges2
 Cucumber2
 Mayonnaise1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lettuce, 1 head
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Do not peel cucumber if the skin is tender.
Scrape it with a fork and slice.
Add salt and pepper.
Peel the oranges with a knife and cut into round slices.
Cut each slice into two.
Remove pith.
Add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, salt and pepper to cottage cheese.
Wash lettuce, separate leaves and arrange on a plate.
Place cottage cheese in the centre; arrange cucumber slices around this in an overlapping manner.
Around cucumber, place sliced orange halves.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Chill and serve with mayonnaise.
