 Cottage cheese2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Walnuts2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/2 c bread or cracker crumbs
 1/2 c soy grits, soaked in 1 cup water for 15 minutes
 Onion1 , minced
 Tomatoes2 , pureed
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Peanut oil2 Tablespoon

Directions

Mix all ingredients and put in 12x9x2 inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
