Cottage Cheese Mix Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Macaroni | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese | 100 Gram | |
| Carrot | 1 | |
| Green peas | 100 Gram | |
| Cream | 50 Milliliter | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| White Chilli Po. 1/2 Tea Spoon | ||
| Salt | To Taste (Salad Oil 4 Tea Spoon) | |
| White Vineger 2 Tea Spoon | ||
| Mustard Po. 1/2 TeaSpoon | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Cube paneer, carrots.
2)To make French dressing, mix together salad oil, white chilli po., salt, white vinegar and mustard po.
MAKING
3)Cook macaroni and drain water.
4)Cook carrot and peas.
5)Mix macaroni, carrots and peas together. Add the French dressing and refrigerate.
6)Once cooled, add cream to salad and refrigerate again.
SERVING
6)Serve cold.
