Cottage Cheese Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Low-fat creamed cottage cheese-1 cup | ||
| Quick-cooking rolled oats-1/2 cup | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Catsup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°.
MAKING
2) In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese.
3) Take an 8-inch pan and pour the mixture into it.
4) Bake for about 20 minutes and then top it with cheese.
5) Bake for another 10 minutes and let it stand for 5 minutes.
6) Cut into squares.
SERVING
7) Serve it hot for dinner.
