Directions

Wash and clean grapes.
Rub with few drops of oil to give them shine.
Peel banana and slice.
Sprinkle a little lemon juice so the banana does not discolour.
Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and onion to cottage cheese and fill in a greased ring mould.
Chill the mould.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate.
Unmould cottage cheese on lettuce.
Place banana slices and grapes in the center of the mould.
Arrange tomato and cucumber slices around the ring.
