 Cottage cheese15 Ounce
 Green chilies7 Ounce, chopped
 Cumin powder1/8 Teaspoon
 1 fresh tomato, cut into 8 wedges
 Italian salad dressing3 Tablespoon

Directions

1. Combine cottage cheese, chilies, cumin and salad dressing. Toss.
2. Place cottage cheese mixture on 4 salad plates. Place two tomato wedges per plate.
3. Chill and serve.
