Cossack Honey Mousse Recipe
Honey based dessert. Ethic & tasty!
Ingredients
2 1/2 c Honey
8 ea Eggs seperated
Directions
Beat egg yolks & add honey slowly.
Cook this mixture over a low heat until it is a thick mass.
You must stir constantly.
Remove & allow to cool to room-temp.
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Fold into yolk-honey mixture.
Chill for 2-3 hours.
Garnish with nuts or fresh fruit slices.
