Coronado Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cantaloupes | 2 Medium, chilled | |
| Cooked chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Seedless green grapes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
| 2 tablespoons sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives | ||
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 clusters seedless green grapes | ||
| Hard-cooked egg slices | ||
| Toasted sliced almonds | ||
Directions
Cut cantaloupes in half crosswise; remove seeds.
Combine next 5 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt reserving a few olive slices; toss.
Fold in mixture of whipped cream and mayonnaise.
Spoon into melons.
Garnish with remaining ingredients.
