Cornmeal Muffins Recipe
These cornmeal muffins are made from multipupose mix and cornmeal. Easy and simple to put together, this bake can be spruced up with more ingredients. Add in your choice of fruits, nuts or berries and have a healthy and delicious cornmeal muffin hot and ready.
Ingredients
| 11/2 cups MULTIPURPOSE MIX 375 mL | ||
| Cornmeal | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
Directions
In a bowl combine mix, cornmeal and sugar.
Add milk and egg, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
