Place over boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Beat the eggs until light and stir into cornmeal mixture.
Sift flour with soda and add to cornmeal mixture alternately with milk.
Add enough sour milk to make a thin batter.
Bake in hot waffle iron until brown.
