Ingredients

 Cornmeal1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 All purpose flour1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Baking powder2 Teaspoon
 Baking soda1/2 Teaspoon
 Egg substitute1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 425 F.

MAKING
2.Take a bowl and put cornmeal, flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in it.
3.Put egg substitute and yogurt to it.
4.Mix well and knead into a soft dough.
5.Roll the dough to 1/4 inch.
6.Make 2- inch round shapes of the dough.
7.Fold the rounds and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 15 minutes.

SERVING
8.Serve the rolls with whipped cream.
