Cornmeal Porridge Recipe
Ingredients
| Cornmeal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 cups shellfish liquid | ||
Directions
Combine cornmeal and cold water in heavy saucepan.
Stir in shellfish liquid 1 cup at a time.
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
