 Yellow cornmeal1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Buttermilk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2 , beaten
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon, melted

Directions

Stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, soda, and salt.
Add buttermilk, eggs, and butter.
Stir just till flour is moist-ened.
Using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, bake on a hot, lightly greased griddle
