Cornmeal Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoon melted butter
Directions
Mix dry ingredients.
Add milk and melted butter to beaten eggs.
Combine the two mixtures.
Bake over medium-high heat at (425 °F.) about 1 minute on each side.
