Place onion, celery, and lemon in hen cavities.
Place hens, breast-side up, in oval micro-proof baking dish with thickest parts toward outside of dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cook on HI, 15 minutes.
Turn hens breast-side down and baste with pan juices.
Cook on HI, 7 to 10 minutes.
Turn hens breast-side up and brush with Citrus Sauce.
Cook on 50, 4 to 5 minutes, or until glaze is set.
