Cornish Hens with a Chardonnay Mushroom and Onion Sauce Recipe

| Fresh parsley | 1 Teaspoon (for sprinkling) | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, diced (peeled) | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced | |
| Olive oil | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chardonnay | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (or a little more as it burns off) | |
| European butter stick | 1⁄4 (adds a smooth taste) | |

Directions
Sauce:
Mix all dry ingredients into bowl, and saute on med- low heat with liquid ingredients.
Add the Chardonnay last.
This receipe is great as a side order especially with Cornish Hens, Steak and if you really want some excitement add to your favorite- (Angus Beef Burger). For extreme flavor- add sliced red, green and yellow peppers.
