cornflakes chiwda Recipe
If you thought this cereal was only fit for breakfast , here is a little twist. This cornflakes chiwda is the famous breakfast cereal twisted to make a nice crunchy snack to be enjoyed with a cup of tea. Low calorie, easy to prepare, good to eat.

Ingredients
4 cups cornflakes
1/2 cup peanuts
1 teaspoon each of saunf or fennel seeds, sugar and salt
2 tbsp oil
Directions
Warm the oil and add the fennel. Immediately add the peanuts and fry a little. Pour the cornflakes in a large bowl. Pour the peanuts on top. Add the salt and the sugar. Mix well. Cool completely and fill in air tight containers.
Enjoy at tea time or as a healthy snack anytime.
