 Egg whites2 Large
 Salt1 Pinch
 Coconut2 Ounce, desiccated
 Cornflakes1 Ounce, crushed
 Ground almonds2 Ounce
 3 oz. castor sugar
 Few drops almond essence

Directions

Whisk egg whites, add all other ingredients.
Knead well and put into small paper cases.
This makes about 16-18 cakes.
Bake for 15 minutes in centre of moderate oven (375°F.€”Gas Mark 5) until golden brown.
