Corned Beef Pokies Recipe
Ingredients
Canned Corned Beef – 1 (12 ounce)
Prepared Mustard – 2 tablespoon
Worcestershire Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Prepared Horseradish – 1 -2 teaspoon
American cheese – ½ cup, diced
Hot Dog Rolls - 6
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, separate the corn beef into small pieces using a fork
2) Mix in the corn beef with the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and cheese and fill the hot dog roll with the mixture
3) Wrap each roll in aluminum foil
4) Bake for 20 minutes till the cheese melts at 350F
SERVING
5) Serve the rolls warm
