Ingredients
2 tablespoons bacon drippings or oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 2-2 1/2 cups cooked potatoes, diced 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 (12-ounce) can corned beef, diced Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat bacon drippings or oil in large, heavy frying pan or skillet, and add onion.
Fry slowly until onion begins to color.
Add potatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and corned beef.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover pan 1-2 minutes or until fat in corned beef begins to melt.
Uncover, and scrape mixture up from bottom of pan with spatula.
Press down evenly in pan, and increase heat to medium.
When the hash begins to brown on bottom, scrape up again with spatula, andturn mixture over.
Press down, and continue browning until crusty.
