Corned Beef Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1 can corned beef
2 c. diced celery
2/3 c. diced cucumber
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
1/2 c. diced olives
Diced onion
Diced sweet pickle
Diced green pepper
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Combine corned beef, celery, cucumber, eggs, olives, onion, pickle and green pepper.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool.
Combine with meat mixture, salad dressing and whipped cream.
Pour into dish; refrigerate.
