Corned Beef Dumplings Recipe

I have a recipe which is very near and dear to my heart and that is of Corned Beef Dumplings. If you have plenty of Beef on hand then Corned Beef Dumplings is the thing to make. It is an ideal Side Dish. I cant believe you just have not tried my Corned Beef Dumplings recipe, yet.

Ingredients

 
3 cups Swift'ning Make Your Own Mix
 
3/4 cup milk
 
2 cups corned beef. Catsup.

Directions

Combine Mix and milk to make a biscuit dough.
Turn out onto waxed paper.
Knead 6 times.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured pastry cloth or board to a 12xl8 inch rectangle.
Cut into 6 squares.
Place a large spoonful or slice of corned beef in center of each square.
Top each with a teaspoon of catsup.
Bring corners of dough up over meat.
Press edges together and secure with a toothpick.
Bake on a baking sheet in a hot oven.
Baking temperature: 450° F.
Bake: 20 minutes.
