Corned Beef Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
1 cup chopped celery
1 large onion, chopped
3 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
1 cup mayonnaise or mayonnaise type salad dressing
Directions
Dissolve the gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine the corned beef, celery, onion, eggs and mayonnaise in a medium bowl and mix well.
Stir in the gelatin mixture.
Chill, covered, until set.
Serve with butter crackers.
