Corned Beef Brisket Recipe
Heavenly, superb, outstanding, are just some words to describe Corned Beef Brisket. No other ingredient will make Corned Beef Brisket taste so awesome than Beef. I just love Main Dish recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. I am certain both of us will be in agreement that this Corned Beef Brisket is really delicious.

Ingredients
Brisket of beef - 1 6-lb
Brown sugar - ½ cup, (packed)
Pickling spice - 1/2 cup, minced
Salt
Saltpeter - 2 tbsp
Garlic
Pepper to taste
Paprika
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Sprinkle beef liberally with salt; refrigerate over- night.
2. Combine 1 quart lukewarm water, saltpeter, brown sugar, pickling spice, 1 cup salt and 2 minced cloves of garlic. Place beef in crock.
3. Pour water mixture over beef, adding enough cold water to cover. Keep in cool place for 10 days, skimming occasionally.
MAKING
4. After ten days when required, wash beef well and cover with cold water.
5. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Simmer slowly for 3 hours.
6. Cool beef in liquid. Remove beef from liquid; drain. Sprinkle with paprika.

7. Serve hot or cold.
