Corned Beef Bites Recipe
Ingredients
| Corned beef | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| 2 tablespoons pickle relish | ||
| Instant minced onion | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 10 oz. can Hungry Jack® Refrigerated Big Flaky-Biscuits | ||
| 1 egg, slightly beaten Sesame seeds or poppy seeds | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Grease 20 small muffin cups.
In large bowl, combine first six ingredients; mix well.
Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; separate each biscuit into 2 layers.
Press each biscuit to 3 inch circle.
Spoon 1 tablespoon filling onto each biscuit.
Fold dough over filling, covering completely; seal well.
Place in greased muffin cups.
Brush with egg; sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from pan while warm.
Serve warm.
