Corned Beef And Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (8 oz.) noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 to 2 cups diced cooked corned beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. process American cheese, diced
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender; rinse in cold water and drain.
In large bowl, toss with oil.
Mix remaining ingredients with noodles.
Pour into greased crock pot.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 9 hours (on high setting for 3 hours).
