Ingredients

 Corned beef1 Can (10oz)
 Mayonnaise5 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard5 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1/2 Teaspoon
 3 dashes of Tabasco
 Bread loaf1
 Butter3 Tablespoon, melted
 Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Flake corned beef, add mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings.
Mix well.
Roll out bread slices thinly -with rolling pin.
Place bread slices on board.
Divide mixture by spoonfuls to center of each slice.
Using fork, evenly distribute mixture down middle third of each slice to both edges.
Roll firmly twice, having fold on bottom.
Line up on cutting board, brush with butter and sprinkle generously with cheese.
Cut in thirds and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes until light brown.
For luncheon, may be left whole and served with soup and salad.
