Corned Beef Hash Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 slices rye or white bread
4 tablespoons catchup
1 cup canned corned beef hash
Directions
Butter bread on 1 side.
Spread unbuttered side of each slice with 1/4 cup hash; top with cheese and catchup.
Heat large Browning Skillet in Radarange oven 2 1/2 minutes.
Place two pieces of open face sandwiches in skillet, butter side down.
Cover, cook in oven 1 1/2 minutes until cheese melts and hash is heated through.
To cook other two pieces of sandwich, preheat Browning Skillet 1 1/4 minutes.
Cook sandwiches 1 1/2 minutes.
