1 can (15 1/2 ounces) corned beef hash
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
Chopped parsley
Directions
1. Combine corned beef hash and Worcestershire sauce. Divide the mixture evenly in four 10-ounce glass casseroles. Make a well with back of spoon in each portion of hash. Break eggs, one at a time, and slip into wells. Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper. Pierce egg yolks. Cover with all-glass lids or plastic wrap.
2. Cook in microwave oven 8 to 9 minutes at Medium, or until eggs are almost set; rearrange and rotate casseroles one-quarter turn twice.
