Corned Beef Hash Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups chopped cooked corned beef | ||
| Potato | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1/3 cup cream, milk, or stock | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except butter.
Melt butter in heavy skillet, add hash, and pat down evenly.
Cook very slowly until browned on the bottom.
Fold like an omelet and turn out onto a hot platter.
