Corned Beef Hash Recipe
Ingredients
| Dripping | 1 Ounce | |
| 1 onion, peeled and sliced | ||
| 1 7-oz. tin corned beef | ||
| Mashed potato | 4 Ounce | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan, heat the dripping and fry the onions on medium flame till they turn soft and golden brown in color.
2. Add in the corned beef, mashed potato and the parsley. Season well using salt and pepper.
3. Mix together and cover the lid. Cook on medium heat for 1/2 an hour or until the browned from underneath.
SERVING
4. Turn the hot dish in serving platter and slice into wedges. Serve hot.
