Corned Beef and Cabbage Salad Recipe
Ingredients

| Balsamic vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Caraway seeds | 1/8 Teaspoon | |

Directions
1. Combine cabbage, corned beef, and carrot in a bowl.
2. Whisk together vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil; add caraway seeds. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
