Directions
1. Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with butter and set aside.
MAKING
2. In a large skillet melt butter. Add in the onions and celery over medium heat and sauté until tender, for 6 minutes.
3. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the cornbread cubes, milk, water, eggs and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.
4. Place the stuffing in prepared casserole dish and bake for 30 – 35 minutes at 325 degrees F.
SERVING
5. Serve Cornbread Stuffing with baked chicken.
