Cornbread Ring Recipe

2 tablespoons fine corn flake crumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
1. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs in an oiled 5 1/2- to 6-cup microwave-oven-safe ring mold.
2. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add eggs, milk and oil; mix well. Pour into ring mold.
3. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 5 minutes at High, or until a cake tester comes out clean; rotate one-half turn once.
