Crunchy Cornbread Recipe Video
Ingredients
1 Package of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Cup of Cold Milk
1/3 Cup Basic Vanilla Oil
1 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
3 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2/3 Cup Vanilla Sugar
Directions
# Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190.5 degrees C). Spray or lightly grease muffin tin.
# In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir in milk and basic vanilla oil until well combined. Pour batter into a large zip lock bag and from there squeeze batter into muffin tin until each tin is half way full.
# Bake for about 20-23 Minutes, or light golden brown.
# Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
