Basic Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients
1 & 3/4 cups stonegroumd yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup stonegroumd whole wheat flour
1/4 cup non-fat dry milk powder
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon honey or dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 & 1/2 cups milk
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a bowl, combine the corn-meal, flour, dry milk, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir just enough to moisten. Turn into an oiled 8-inch square baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done.
