Corn soup Recipe
This Chinese style corn soup is just right for a cold winter day when you want to just snuggle up with a pillow and read your favorite book. A healthy soup, it is great for kids who need all the nutrition to keep them all charged up.

Ingredients
2 cups frozen corn
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp green chilli sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp Corn flour
salt to taste
1/4 cup diced carrots for garnishing
Directions
Boil the corn in a lot of water. Use a hand mixer to coarsely grind it. Put it to boil again and add all the ingredients except carrots and corn flour.
Mix the corn flour in cold water and add to the soup. Boil for 10 minutes. Garnish with carrots.
Serve hot with some black crushed peppers.
