Corn Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
Fat- 1 tablespoon
Flour- 1 tablespoon
Milk- 1/2 cup
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Paprika- 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper- as required
Pimiento- 1 boiled
Corn pulp- 2 cups
Eggs- 2
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 375F degrees
MAKING
2.Prepare a white sauce, using the fat, flour, milk and seasoning
3.Rub the pimiento through a sieve and add it to the sauce.
4.Add the corn to the mixture.
5.Cool slightly, then add the well beaten egg yolks and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
6.Turn into a greased baking dish, set the dish in a pan of hot water
7. Bake in a moderate oven until the egg is set for 30 minutes
