Corn Souffle Recipe

Eggs-2, separated
Milk-as needed
All-purpose flour-2 tablespoons
Sugar-2 tablespoons
Butter-2 tablespoons, melted
White cream-style corn- 1 can
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, beat egg yolks and add enough milk to make 3/4 cup liquid.
2) Then, add flour, sugar, butter and corn.
3) In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4) Mix the two mixtures.
5) Take a buttered 1-quart casserole and pour the mixture.
6) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
SERVING
7)Serve Corn soufflé immediately.
