Ingredients

 
2 12 ounce cans whole kernel corn, drained, or 3 cups fresh cooked corn
 
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
 
3 green onions, sliced
 
2 small tomatoes, chopped
 
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
 
3 tablespoons sour cream
 
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
 
Lettuce leaves or tomato cups

Directions

Layer the corn, cucumber, onions, and tomatoes in a large salad bowl.
Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
Add the remaining ingredients, and blend well.
Toss with the vegetables.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Serve on lettuce leaves or in hollowedout tomato cups.
