Corn Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| Vinegar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2/3 | |
| Mustard seed | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seed | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 21/2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 cups cooked or canned whole kernel corn | ||
| 1 cup chopped, green -pepper | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sweet red pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Combine in a large kettle or saucepan the vinegar, sugar, and spices and salt bring to boil.
Add vegetables, bring to a boil again, and boil for only 5 minutes.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal at once.
