Corn Relish Recipe

In my opinion there's not another recipe better than this Corn Relish that is the reason I am so thrilled about introducing it to you. A delicious Side Dish, the Corn Relish completes your meal. Trust me! I am saying that you must try this Corn Relish.

Ingredients

 
1 medium onion, quartered
 
2 red or green sweet peppers, cut in pieces
 
1/3 cup water
 
1 1/3 cups vinegar
 
2 cups cabbage pieces
 
2 No. 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
 
1/4 cup sugar
 
2 teaspoons dry mustard
 
1 teaspoon mustard seed
 
1 teaspoon celery seed
 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 
1 teaspoon turmeric
 
3 tablespoons flour

Directions

Blender chop onion and pepper in water and vinegar.
Pour through colander, reserving liquid.
Put cabbage and reserved liquid into Osterizer container, cover and blender chop.
Pour into large saucepan, add chopped vegetables and remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
