Corn Pudding Recipe
Corn Pudding made using this recipe is an experience by itself. This Corn Pudding is never going to fail as a Side Dish. You need to try this Corn Pudding just once! You'll certainly remain loyal to it forever!
Ingredients
3 eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cups milk, scalded
1/4 inch slice small onion
1 1/2 cups whole kernel corn
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Butter a 2 quart casserole.
Put eggs into Osterizer container, cover and process at STIR until beaten.
Add remaining ingredients, cover, push MIX button, and process only until corn is thoroughly mixed into batter.
Pour into prepared casserole.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until firm.
