Ingredients

 2 tablespoonfuls fat
 Corn1 Can (10oz)
 2 tablespoonfuls chopped green pepper
 Pimiento1 , chopped
 Salt1 1/4 Teaspoon
 Celery1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 Eggs3 Small, beaten
 2 cupfuls milk

Directions

Melt the fat in a saucepan.
Add the green pepper, celery and onion and cook slowly for 5 min.
Then add the remaining ingredients, and turn into a well greased baking dish.
Set in a pan of hot water and bake in a slow oven of 325° F. for 75 min. or until a silver knife inserted into the center of the mixture comes out clean.
