 Tomato1 Medium, chopped
 Onion1⁄2 Small, chopped
 Green chillies2 , slit lengthwise
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Cumin seeds1⁄2 Teaspoon (jeera)
 Black pepper powder1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon
 Cilantro1 Teaspoon (for garnish)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Boil corn kernels in 1 cup water for 3 minutes in a microwave, drain water, keep aside.

Heat 2 tbs unsalted butter/margarine in a wok. Add Cumin seeds, onions, green chillies & saute until onions turn brownish.

Add chopped tomatoes, black pepper powder & salt. Mix well. Cover for a minute or until tomatoes turn tender. Uncover & mix again.

Add corn kernels & cook for another 2 minutes. Add juice of lime. Remove from stove. Garnish with cilantro.

Serve Hot. Goes well with Rotis or any Indian Bread.
