Corn Kernels Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen corn kernels | 250 Gram (0.5 Pounds) | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Small, chopped | |
| Green chillies | 2 , slit lengthwise | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cumin seeds | 1⁄2 Teaspoon (jeera) | |
| Black pepper powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cilantro | 1 Teaspoon (for garnish) | |
| Salt | To Taste |

Directions
Heat 2 tbs unsalted butter/margarine in a wok. Add Cumin seeds, onions, green chillies & saute until onions turn brownish.
Add chopped tomatoes, black pepper powder & salt. Mix well. Cover for a minute or until tomatoes turn tender. Uncover & mix again.
Add corn kernels & cook for another 2 minutes. Add juice of lime. Remove from stove. Garnish with cilantro.
Serve Hot. Goes well with Rotis or any Indian Bread.
