Corn Hamburger Bake Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, sliced
1/4 cup sliced celery
2 cans (16 ounces each) cream-style corn
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
1 cup buttermilk baking mix
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Heat oven to 450°.
Cook and stir ground beef, onion and celery in large skillet until meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Reserve 1/2 cup of the corn.
Stir remaining corn, the salt, pepper and instant bouillon into meat mixture; heat to boiling.
Pour into ungreased 21/2 quart casserole.
Stir baking mix and reserved corn with fork to a soft dough.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto hot meat mixture.
Mix butter and garlic salt; drizzle half the butter on biscuit dough.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Brush biscuits with remaining butter.
For the salad, offer lettuce with a simple dressing of mayonnaise laced with chili sauce or turn to your favorite combination of mixed greens.
