Corn Griddlecakes Recipe
Corn Griddlecakes is east to make. The cream style corn with sugar gives the Corn Griddlecakes a prefect taste.
Ingredients
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (17 oz.) cream style corn
1/2 cup mashed potato
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 1/2 cups pancake mix
Directions
Beat the egg, milk, sugar, and salt together until well blended.
Stir in a mixture of the corn, potato, butter, celery, and onion.
Add all at one time to the pancake mix and beat only until blended.
Pour batter onto preheated griddle (greased, if necessary), forming 5-inch rounds.
Bake until browned on second side.
