Corn Fritters Recipe
Corn Fritters! My mouth is already watering! I served these Corn Fritters last month for an official tea at home. I have been getting calls for this Corn Fritters! Recipe ever since. Try it!

| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 21/2 cups sifted plain flour | ||
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cups canned cream-style corn | ||
| Oil for deep frying | ||
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, onion and parsley.
Add sifted dry ingredients, butter and corn.
Mix well.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls into deep tot fat 185C (360F).
Fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper, serve hot.
Makes about 24 fritters.
Note: Fritter batter may be dropped by tablespoonfuls into 2 tablespoonfuls hot oil and shallow-fried on each side until golden brown.
